Official Rules

The ORA Pool 2026 (the "Pool" or "Promotion") is sponsored by 1210 Brickell Development LLC ("Sponsor"), a Florida limited liability company. Questions should be directed to the Sponsor through the contact information on www.oraworldcup.com.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, any participating national football federation, or any other soccer governing body.

• Open to natural persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
• Open to legal residents of: the United States (except where this type of promotion is prohibited), Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Venezuela, Spain, Italy, France, or Portugal. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and tax obligations on prizes.
• No minimum purchase of any product or service is required to enter or win. By entering, entrants represent and warrant that they meet all eligibility requirements.

• Waitlist Period opens May 1, 2026 at 00:00:00 Eastern Time (Miami, UTC-04:00). Prediction Submission Period opens June 1, 2026 at 00:00:00 Eastern Time.
• Prediction Submission Period closes June 11, 2026 at 00:00:00 Eastern Time (the "Submission Deadline"). Entries submitted after the Submission Deadline will not be accepted for any reason, including technical failures, connectivity issues, or entrant error.
• The official Tournament Period for scoring runs from June 11, 2026 through July 19, 2026.

• Visit www.oraworldcup.com and complete the registration form using any supported internet browser.
• Provide your legal full name, a valid email address, a valid mobile phone number with country code, and confirmation that you are at least 18 years of age. During the Prediction Submission Period, submit predictions for all six (6) scoring categories and review before final submission.
• Limit: one (1) entry per natural person. Duplicate entries, entries from multiple email addresses by the same person, or entries submitted by any automated system will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to verify entrant identity through any reasonable means.
• Entry is free. No purchase, payment, or financial consideration of any kind is required to enter or win.

• Grand Prize (1st Place): Gift certificate redeemable at Casa Tua Miami Beach. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): USD $500.
• Second Prize (Runner-up): Gift certificate redeemable at Casa Tua Cucina. ARV: USD $250.
• Third Prize (Bronze Finish): Gift certificate redeemable at Casa Tua Cucina. ARV: USD $150.
• Total ARV of all prizes: USD $900. Prizes are awarded solely as gift certificates — no cash alternative. Gift certificates are non-transferable, have no expiration date, and are subject to the terms and hours of the redeeming establishment. If Casa Tua Miami Beach or Casa Tua Cucina is permanently closed or unavailable at the time of redemption, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes; U.S. winners may receive IRS Form 1099-MISC for prizes aggregating $600 or more in a calendar year.

• Scoring will be conducted by the Sponsor within fourteen (14) days following the conclusion of the Tournament Period (on or before August 2, 2026). Scoring is based on official FIFA results at fifa.com; where FIFA data is unavailable or disputed, the BALLDONTLIE Soccer API used by the Pool's data integration will be referenced. Scoring is calculated across six (6) categories for a maximum of 95 points: Champion (25 pts), Runner-up (15 pts), Golden Boot (20 pts, tiebreak by assists per FIFA), Dark Horse (10 pts — team reaches Quarterfinals or later AND is not on the Top-10 Favorites list), Biggest Flop (10 pts — a Top-10 team fails to advance past Group Stage), and Total Goals (15 / 10 / 5 pts for predictions within 5 / 10 / 20 of actual).
• In the event of a tie in total points, the following tiebreakers are applied in sequence: (1) the entrant whose Total Goals prediction is closer to but not greater than the actual total goals; (2) the entrant whose entry was submitted first by timestamp; (3) random selection by the Sponsor if a tie remains.
• The Top-10 Favorites list will be published on www.oraworldcup.com on or before June 1, 2026 and will not be modified during the Tournament Period. Sponsor's decisions in applying these rules and determining winners are final and binding.

• Potential winners will be notified by the Sponsor within seven (7) days following completion of scoring, using the email address and phone number provided at the time of entry.
• To claim a prize, a potential winner must respond to the Sponsor's notification within ten (10) business days, confirm eligibility, and sign and return any affidavit of eligibility, liability release, or publicity release that the Sponsor may require (except where prohibited by law).
• If a potential winner fails to respond within the ten (10) business day window, cannot be contacted using the information provided, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next-highest-scoring eligible entrant, who will then be subject to the same notification and verification process.

• Publicity. By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of their first name, last initial, city of residence, and general likeness for promotional purposes by the Sponsor, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
• Data. Information submitted by entrants is collected and handled in accordance with the Pool's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which are incorporated into these Official Rules by reference.
• Conduct and Modifications. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant it believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these Official Rules, or engaged in fraud. Sponsor may also modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, or factors beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion.
• Limitation of Liability. By participating, entrants release the Sponsor, its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, affiliates, and promotional partners (including Casa Tua restaurants and their operators) from any and all liability, loss, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

• All disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or related to this Promotion, these Official Rules, or any prize awarded shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration conducted in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. Class actions, collective actions, and consolidated proceedings are expressly waived. Each entrant agrees that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only.
• These Official Rules and all aspects of the Promotion are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction for any matter not subject to arbitration lies with the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

A list of winners will be made available on www.oraworldcup.com within thirty (30) days following completion of winner verification. To request a printed copy of the Official Rules or the winners list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: 1210 Brickell Development LLC, Attn: ORA Pool 2026, 1300 Brickell Avenue, Miami, FL 33131. Requests must be received no later than October 31, 2026.
